This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase on the website https://www.cleankitchen.ee (“Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

When you visit the Clean Kitchen site, we collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view on our site, which websites or search terms referred you to our site, and information about how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

- your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

If you contact us for customer support, feedback, or complaints, we may collect details about specific conditions and events.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We use the collected information to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this information to:

We use the collected device information (IP address) to screen for potential risk and fraud and to generally improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse the site and assessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Clean Kitchen OÜ is the data controller and shares necessary personal data for payment processing with the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above.

We also share personal information, such as your address, with courier companies like Sendpack, OSC, and Omniva for each specific order.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to subpoenas, search warrants, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or for other reasons to protect our rights.

BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING 

As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that your information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us through our customer support.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, please note that we process your information to fulfill contracts we may have with you (for example, when you place an order through the Site) or to pursue other legitimate business interests described above. Also, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through our Site, we will retain your Order Information in our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

DATA DELETION

Upon request for data deletion, we initiate a 180-day data retention period in accordance with our standard operating procedures and legal obligations, starting from the customer’s last financial transaction with us. 
This period is necessary to manage and resolve any potential financial disputes that a customer might raise through VISA, Mastercard, or other card payment processors, or if the customer has received products from us but has not yet paid in full. 
Upon receiving a deletion request, our standard practice is to retain only the data necessary to resolve financial disputes and delete all other unrelated data, such as marketing data.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
